Delivery & Returns

Everything is printed and packed in the UK and sent by tracked delivery.

Delivery

Free tracked delivery on all UK orders.
Card refills are usually dispatched within 3 to 5 working days of your order.
Holders are made to order and may take up to 10 working days.
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Returns

If anything arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email hello@getworkcard.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number and we'll replace it or refund you in full.

Because cards are printed to order, we can't accept returns of opened packs where there is no fault. Unopened packs can be returned within 14 days for a refund less the original delivery cost. Email us first and we'll send you the return instructions.

Outside the UK

We currently ship to the UK only. If you're elsewhere and would like to stock WorkCard, please get in touch.
