The plain-English terms that apply when you order from WorkCard.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We'll confirm acceptance by email once payment has cleared. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable.
Products
WorkCards and holders are made from natural materials. Slight variations in colour and grain are part of the product, not a fault.
Use of the system
WorkCard is a tool to help you manage tables. How you apply it, including workspace durations and any house rules, is entirely at your café's discretion and responsibility.
Intellectual property
The WorkCard name, card artwork and stamp designs are our property. You may use the cards as supplied in your café, but please don't reproduce the artwork without written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
